So, your brain’s ticking over with a cool idea. You keep coming up with these great scenes and you’ve got this premise that you want to turn into a full-blown story.

But how do you go about doing that? Where do you even start?

Awarding-winning author, international best-seller, and owner of a small-press publishing company, Melissa Guyan, is going to show you.

If you’d like to dive into a course teaching you how to turn your ideas into readable stories, then this July holidays is your chance.

Melissa will cover everything from initial brainstorming through to character development, world building, story structure, writing enticing text and keys for editing.

Schedule: The day will consist of a mix of teaching, discussion activities and actual writing time.

What to bring…
Snacks will be provided, but participants will need to bring their own lunch and water.
A workbook comes with the course, but it would be a good idea to bring along a laptop or iPad as well. Also, bring a copy of one of your favorite books.
